Acer 5738D: a 3D Capable Notebook
It is important to note that Acer 5738D is not a usual notebook as it is considered to be one of the first 3D capable notebooks. It is expected that the device will hit the market.
It comes with a 15.6-inch LED widescreen, 2.1Ghz dual core Intel Processor, that has up to 4GB DDR2 RAM, a built-in ATI 4570 graphics processor, 500GB hard drive, DVD writer. It is also equipped with a 1.3 megapixel Web cam, Gigabit LAN, 3G options, memory card reader, WiFi and Bluetooth.
The 3D provides Acer owners a three pillar system that banks on a three pillar system and separates glasses and software to show videos, games as well as photos in 3D.
The software is able to transform any 2D video to give a 3D effect in real time. Acer 5738D will be available for Rs 43,500.
