Black Friday was considered to be a failure for retailers but later the situation changed.
In the ’90s many customers camped out during the whole night the day after Thanksgiving. Large crowds were waiting for the shop to open. But one of such Black Friday led to the death of a Wal-Mart employee, he was treaded to death in New York in 2008.
Because of such case it was decided to rethink Black Friday and at present big bargains are available from right now throughout the remainder of the holiday season. Now customers do not have to spend the whole night waiting for stores to open.
