Google Launched a New Feature – Dashboard
Google have decided to launch a new feature known as Google Dashboard with the help of which users are able to see what data is kept on a range of Google services.
Due to Google Dashboard you will be able to control some of the data and the way it is used by Google, also it is possible to remove it.
Dashboard gives an outline of the data in Google products you use while you are signing in. But in case you are not the user of Google, i.e. you are not signed then you are not able to use such data.
At present Dashboard includes Gmail, the photo service Picasa, Calendar, Google Docs, Alerts, YouTube, Web history, and some others, It is also planning to attach such services as Checkout, Google Groups, and SideWiki.
According to Google, Dashboard did not want to rise talks about corporative use of people’s data. There were opinions that Dashboard was going to take the edge off discontents concerning Google’s plan to collect a lot of data.
But according to Shuman Ghosemajumder, Google’s business product manages, Google reduced regulators around the world on Dashboard.
