Steven Burky, the man accused of stalking Jennifer Garner, has been arrested after he was spotted near the Alias actress and her daughter’s school.

Garner had said “Mr Burky has been stalking and harassing me,” sending “packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country… his obsessive and harassing behaviour has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening”, reports the Daily Star.

Last month a court had asked Burky to stay away from Garner’s family for the next three years. He was also ordered to maintain a distance of 100 yards from the Garner, hubby Ben Affleck, kid Violet, the couple’’s nanny, housekeeper and others.

However, Burky was seen following the family again and was arrested after he was seen near the four-year-old Violet’’s co-operative school in LA, according to RadarOnline.com.
