Microsoft allows users to rent MS Office just pay one-time fee

You may find a lot of internet cafes where you could rent computers having Windows as their main operating software. But this act is actually illegal.
According to the licensing terms for Microsoft Office and Windows, it is prohibited to use the said Microsoft products for such purposes. Kiosks, business centers, cafes, and other third parties are the common offenders of the licensing terms.
It was only last January 1 when Microsoft announced that they have an option specially meant for those who would like to rent Microsoft Office or their Windows operating software. This can be possible by simply paying a little extra.
According to the website of Microsoft, the company does not allow third parties including hotels, leasing companies, cafes, and even airport kiosks to outsource both Microsoft Office and the Windows OS. However, the option that allows these parties to have the rental rights gives the users a waiver to the current licensing terms after paying extra fee.
In a recent interview, Microsoft said that these rental rights are their way of organizing users to get their waivers from the current restrictions of the company.
If you want to take advantage of this rental option you can sign up before June 30 and get a discount on the license fee.
