The Battle between Android and iPhone


iphone-3gsNowadays the market is full of various phones, smartphones one can even find iPhones, but because of such varieties a real battle appeared in the mobile world.

One can say that many customers choose the particular model according to their likings and preferences. But let’s find out which system has the more advanced users.

The iPhone and the Android platform are created in order users could surf in the Internet easily. New data collected by Nielsen and compiled by eMarketer say that those who have Android phones use very often their device’s Internet functionality. According to some statistics, about 92 percent of Androiders users utilize such function as Web connection, but as for iPhone owners the number is a bit lower, i.e. to 88 percent.

But users of iPhones spend a lot of time on social networks and blogs that ranks it on top. But Android left aside the iPhone in video-specific social activity, with significantly higher percentages of users capturing video and sharing it over the Net.

According to Nielsen, 76 percent of Android users utilize apps of the smartphone, when 74 percent of iPhone owners, use their mobile programs.

As for advanced functions, in this very aspect the devices have the same positions, nobody has won here. Moreover, each mobile phone system is struggling to brace up.
