iphone-3gsApple is getting ready to launch the next generation iPhone. Such event will be in summer 2010. The iPhone that has a hardware version 3,1 was logged by PinchMedia this month in San Francisco. It means that the company tested hardware for the next model iPhone.

One should say that there is the difference between 2,1 and 3,1 versions, i.e. the hardware update from the 3GS to the next will be significant.

The new version comes with faster, more powerful processor. Moreover, the company purchased the chip manufacturer PA Semi that was designed specifically for Apple’s system-on-chip hardware.

Developer Pandav that manufactures iBart made a repost concerning the iPhone 3,1. Due to the report, developers learned about where their apps are installed as well as what hardware the products use. iBart is a very helpful app, that navigate users in the San Francisco area subway system.
