There were lots of discussions concerning Microsft operating system. Many can agree with the statement that Vista got a lot of negative judgments but as for its latest OS Windows 7, it is a welcome release. Bit still there are users that do not care what operating system to use, the most important – it should work.

But still there are two option with the help of which it is possible to get average working folks excited about technology.

First of all it is better to show the basics up front as it is considered to be wiser. It is very important to make investments in training as it is a residuum effect of building morale and pride. Mind that employees will receive the tools no doubt they will use them.

But never forget that initial training may not cover the entire application suite or operating system.

It is very important to carry such trainings. Just imagine such situation that your employee is stuck with a technology question. Where to go? What to do? There are a number of ways, i.e. search Microsoft’s help files, ask a colleague, or devise clumsy workarounds. But the thing is that such ways will not help but come back to bite you.
