According to the rumors the tablet computer Apple Inc will be release only late March or April.
Apple executives did not admit that the allegedly coming device that may be a cross between an iPhone or iPod Touch and a laptop. Usually, tablet computers are equipped with a touchscreen and they do not have a keyboard.
But still other computer manufacturers got success due to stripped-down devices such as netbooks and e-readers that had low costs.
Reiner asserted that Apple will start launching tablet production in February. It will be possible to purchase in stored in March or April in case no problem occurs. He also added that the tablet computer will have a 10.1-inch multi-touch screen.
It is expected that Apple will offer the tablet for $1,000. But such prominent technology analyst as Gene Munster supposed that a price would be around $500 and $700.
Also it became known that the company decided to offer a good deal to book publishers which means that in future the tablet will be able to operate as an e-book reader to rival Amazon.com Inc.’s Kindle. Reiner hopes that the terms offered by Apple are much better in comparison with those provided by Amazon.
