The experimental feature extracts a host of exorbitant elements of the website to dish up standard video viewing to the users that have low data troughput connections and reduced output of machines.

The feature decreases the website’s immoderation by means of changing the video player default to standard version, lessening the comments shown to 10 and taking away embedding and sharing options.

Furthermore, the new viewing option has the search-bar auto suggest, video replies and the count of related videos.

“All of these results in a user experience that aims to keep things simple and the videos loading and playing quickly,” said Chris Zacharias.

Despite the fact that YouTube began to serve high definition videos that need worthy system resources to play, the new option is helpful for users who have tight data troughput and reduced output of computers.
